Miss Burwell Rodeo and Little Miss Burwell Rodeo
Miss Burwell Rodeo 2023 is Brylee Thompson.
Brylee Thompson is a 19 year old from Hershey, Nebraska. Brylee is going to be attending her second year of college at Mid Plains Community College in North Platte, where she studies business with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. Brylee one day wants to own her own business that allows her to travel and support the sport of rodeo. Brylee’s life goal is to always spread kindness and lift others up. She wants to be a person who focuses on the positive in every aspect of her life.
She is proud to represent the Burwell community and Nebraska’s Big Rodeo in its 102nd year.
Little Miss Burwell Rodeo 2023 is Kartyr Johnson.
Kartyr Johnson is the 10 year old daughter of Dr. Matthew and KaCey Johnson from Denton, NE. She’s an All Around Cowgirl, always trying to be her best! When Kartyr is not chasing her rodeo dreams, you can find her training and riding her wild ponies around her family ranch! A fact about Kartyr is, she buys ponies with her own rodeo earnings and trains them to be youth rodeo horses for kids her age and younger!
She is proud to represent the Burwell community and Nebraska’s Big Rodeo in its 102nd year.
